So when buying a lease deal you pay later, is there a specific time frame you have to stick to like I’ll pay it in a few years? If so how would you make enough money from that deal to pay off the house in time. Just wondering how the deal works after you go through with it. I’m 16 and looking into property investment.

I wonder how do you do it when you actually buy the house after 7 years as in your example. You buy it with a mortgage but banks can only give you max 90% of credit so you need to see you have that money after that 7 years? Can anyone help pls.

What about the bank those People have a morgage with? Why would they agree on getting payed later? And if you just take over the morgage dont you have to put some money down for Them to agree to that?

Hello Samuel, I had an agreement in place to take over as a landlord and buy a house next year with someone, but they have asked for something in writing, is there any form of legal documentation needed or can I just draft something up? they are worried about the taxman and mortgage lender asking where the rent has gone? ( this will be my first venture into property investing after reading your books so I want to get it right)
