1 Whole Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Coriander
1 Tsp Ground Turmeric
1 Tsp Dry Cumin
1 Tbsp Parika
1 Tsp Hot Chili Powder

*Tabbouleh Salad
1.5 Cup - Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp Chopped Mint
1 Tbsp Bulgur Wheat
2 Tbsp Chopped Cucumber
2 Tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Chopped Onions
1/2 Lemon Jucie
1/2 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Oil

*Hummus
1 Can Chickpeas
3 Tbsp Tahini
1/2 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Onions
1 Tsps Garlic
1/2 Cup Olive Oil

I've never seen hummus with black pepper and onion in it but that's your way. Middle Eastern food is one of my top 4 cuisines.

Watching one of my favorite YouTubers cook middle eastern food makes me happy, as I am from the middle east and ngl, but ppl usually disrespect us or act racist against us, so watching this made me actually super duper happy, love the vids, man!


Also just a little note, we don't use a colander while cooking rice, Idk about indians but we usually use big chungus pots for cooking rice (basically like a rice cooker but the difference is we use fire instead of electricity)
