If you've never tried lamb, imagine the beefiest steak you've ever eaten. Remember the flavor. Lamb takes that beefyness up to 11. It tastes more like beef than beef does. It surprised me the first time I had it. It honestly might be too strong of a beef flavor for some, but I love it. And now the word beef sounds and looks fake.

Let’s make some wicked lamb chops. I don’t know about you guys but lamb is probably my favorite meat and these marinated lamb chops are definitely up there. To make the marinate grind up some toasted cumeric coreander seeds, mix some yogurt, dejan mustard, ginger tumeric and garlic paste, lemon juice, chili powder and olive oil. Season your lamb chops with salt and smother everything with your marinate. Then let it sit in the fridge overnight. Get your pan on medium high heat, add some oil and let’s get color on each side of your lamb about four minutes on each side and let’s also render out some of the fat on the backside which is probably my favorite part. I can just knawn that all day and that’s pretty much it. Enjoyed with some menchundi. 😂
