To see if Carly's advanced features like coding or manufacturer-level diagnostics should work with your car, make sure to check out their website. To access these additional features, you'll need to get their yearly license.

Touch screen controls are downright dangerous and should be BANNED as a matter of urgency.

I can't help feeling that the amount of time you spent jabbing the screen when trying to find the heated seat controls, could easily have resulted in an accident.

What’s crazy is you can get fined and prosecuted for using your phone in your car but okay to use one of them systems

Matt. It is not that long ago that you drove an electric car to the South of England. You bemoaned the difficulty finding a charge point, almost ran out of power, and decided that it wasn’t really the way forward!

In 5 years time,
Me: Hello guys how is going? Today I bought a cheap black Tesla Model Y for 1000 pounds from a guy named Matt. What could go wrong?

The amount of time you had to take your eyes off the road scared the sh*t out of me ! I just got rid of a car with a touch screen and went back to real switches.

How come you cannot use a mobile phone while driving yet you are allowed to play with a Tesla touchscreen? A Tesla is just an iphone on wheels.

Agreed. I drove my friends Model 3 and felt absolutely nothing. Comparing a Tesla (or most other EVs) to a proper car is like comparing a remake of a classic song using AI with the original.

It will be a sad day when the only cars available will be electric. It's bad enough with SUVs taking over the car world.

I went from a v8 range rover L322 to a tesla Y AWD 6 months ago. I ordered it on my phone whilst in the back of a recovery wagon that was taking the range rover for new turbos after it broke down. You might actually remember I contacted you to see if you wanted to buy the rangey. Anyway, I got used to the Tesla pretty quickly. £7 to charge overnight, 2 % BIK. All the stuff you can't figure out in this video, you get used to in about half a day. Its got voice control, so press the button and say "divers heated seat on". Hardly rocket science. Also unlike the range rover I know it'll work every morning. The biggest downside to it is the lack of adjustable headrests. That's it. The rest of it just works. Oh and you should have got the long range AWD, it's a different car entirely than the RWD, leagues ahead in how it goes and drives. It also tows my boat even better than the RR did, the 100% torque from any RPM is fantastic for towing.

I normally enjoy your show, but you are a menace in that car, just pull over, don't bugger about with the screen while driving.

Massively overspent then. New plates and a buff.

I have a model Y and it’s an awesome car. Once you set it up you rarely need to touch the screen. Great range, loads of space and very quick. And you can do almost everything by voice so again no need to use the screen. As a previous petrol head for 40 years I wouldn’t go back there now.

I have a model 3 - done 30k miles without any issues. No issues charging it, performance is excellent, sound system is amazing and it drives a dream.

I’ve delivered dozens of these, a laptop with a battery and wheels. You can’t even adjust the mirrors without touching the screen, in winter watch the range plummet.

I await his video about excessive depreciation on new EVs

The amount of time you spent not looking at the road was absolutely terrifying.

There are so many anti-EV comments on here from people who have zero experience in owning an EV.

I went from an Audi Q5 to a Tesla Model Y Long Range (AWD) and I’d never go back to an ICE car. In 3 years my Audi had to go back for warranty work at least 6 times. My Tesla on the other hand has NEVER had an issue… I’ve driven all over the UK in it, even in the middle of a very cold winter the range has never been an issue.

When it comes to charging the car can go further than I can without stopping… after a 5 hour drive my EV is charged before I can go to the loo and order a coffee 😂.

There is so much storage space for a family car vs an ICE car, not to mention the fuel cost savings and the acceleration.

There are owners out there with well over 500k miles with the original battery and motors… you don’t typically need to replace the brake pads until around 180k miles due to the regen.
