Thank you so much Thais ❤️ this was so huge for me yesterday! I did it for the first time in the car for 2 minutes and it was both incredible to feel how built up with physical stress my body was and how much energy I was giving something I could not change in the moment. Thank you !!! Did it in the car for 2. Minutes before picking up my kids to be able to be present with them. ❤️

You should do a lot more about sensations, I was unable to become earned secure until I was able to be in my body. It took me literally years of therapy that was over in about year of body works

I'm intensly triggered at the moment, been paralyzed in bed for the entire morning. Was looking forward to meeting up with my cousin to talk through my feelings and she just flaked on me making it worse. I feel like inhave no1 to talk to. I feel sad and alone. To the point that I went down my phone book to see if there was/is any1 I feel like I can talk to and I have no1.

Great video! It’s so important to learn this. I was so triggered by nothing yesterday, literally felt my blood boiling…overreacted and became a fight with my partner ( he also overreact) 😢Need to learn how to deactivate the bomb! Thank you
