I don’t believe that the Law was annulled, I believe that it was fullfilled through the Work that Jesus did for us on Calvary. Jesus said, Matthew 5:17 “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.” The Law was completed through Jesus’ sacrifice as the Lamb of God and we benefit by believing and confessing what He did for us. Romans 10:9-10 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the GIFT of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

It is more about of who He represented and foreshadowed, as much and more than who He was, in understanding Him, we can fully understand our Saviour, what was and is still hidden from some is revealed to us in the new testament, but God gave them eyes that do not see, ears that do not hear and a heart that does not understand. Lest they see, hear and understand and turn to me and I would heal them. But soon this added curse will be removed and they will fully see, hear and understand and be fully restore, from the time that this added curse was placed upon them until Christs' return then all Israel will be saved!!!

When I was a kid, I kept hearing this name mentioned in Church, but I never knew who this was or the story. Oddly enough, for whatever reason, this name popped into my head about a week ago, and I just passively remembered vaguely hearing this name as a kid. I never mentioned it out loud or researched it, but so odd that this came into my feed at this time.

Yes, I DO know who Melchizedek was/is and will continue to be: a supremely righteous man who was obviously the senior patriarchal authority to whom Abraham paid tithes, and who sacrificing at Salem when Abraham met him there!! However, he WAS NOT the future Messiah, but a man so righteous that the patriarchal priesthood was named after him!!

'King of Righteousness' is a title passed down from Adam generally to the elder son. Noah was 8th Malki Zedek even though he was the 10th from Adam because Enoch was taken and Lemek died before his father Mathusalah. Noah passed this title to Shem. Shem was Malki Zedek at the time of Abraham and outlived Abraham. Even Isaac died before Shem but Jacob survived beyond Shem. Jacob passed this title to his son Judah (4th son) via his blessing and Yahushua (of the tribe of Yahudah) received this from Yah. (Ruben, Simeon and Levi had disappointed Jacob in a big way so I am guessing this is why he passed the title to Judah but this was indeed Yahs plan)
