My grandfather, who lived from 1906 till 1997, was a Southern Baptist Deacon. He read the Bible an estimated 20 times cover to cover. His favorite question to test anyone who claimed to be a "man of God" was, "Who is the only man in the Bible that the texts do not account for his birth, nor his death?" Of course that is You would be surprised how many couldn't answer, Pastors included. I miss my grandfather more than anyone ever. I was 21 when he went home, and next month I turn 48, and it's still very painful for me, but I know it is not painful for him. My parents did very little of my raising, that was left to my grandparents. Can't wait to see him again and thank him for showing me the way to Yeshua. Otherwise, I was doomed.
