Had someone like that once. I just lost it and got my parcel. When they got angry I showed them my name on my ID an my name on the box and said that if they didn’t like it they could put a complain to HR but would need to explain how come the parcel arrived 1 month prior and never got to my office 😅 unlike this lady they were busy with none work related calls

My ex worked in the Perth City Council printing office. One day a guy came in and asked them to print off a few copies of a document they needed for a meeting in 30 minutes. She went back and asked her boss. Even though there had no other jobs, he told her to tell him 'not today, maybe tomorrow'. She resigned.

Even two years after COVID-19, my orthopedist's receptionists were of the opinion that a special infection test was necessary if I wanted to continue to be in the waiting room. Doctor's comment: Yes, from time to time they are really difficult.
