Week 11 Day 5 //Full Body HIIT // Cardio + Strength At Home Workout

Wrapping up the week with yet another full body HIIT workout. Remember to work at your own pace and listen to your body! Challenge yourself with increased intensity or heavier weights but always stay in control of your form and take extra rest if needed. Let's do this!!!

Breakdown: 2 full body circuits 45s work + 15s rest x2 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Completed week 11. I find most you tube workouts not challenging enough. Boy have I met the workout queen for me! I was unable to do a full set of round the world the first time they popped up over a month ago. Now, banged 'em out. Heather, , , , this is a great series. They sneak up on you and make you stronger while you're enjoying the clean look, good lighting music and positive but not in your face encouragement. thank you!

I started the program using 5 lb weights and now I’m using 10 lb weights for every workout this week! I wasn’t expecting to notice such a big difference in myself but I’m so happy I stuck through this program and am even more excited to wrap it up next week!!

Done! I'm doing two today to finish the 12th week this Friday. And so that we can restart the challenge on Monday.

Thank you for this program. It has done wonders for my panic disorder and depression.

With everything that is happening with coronavirus I'm so glad to have been working out at home. Thanks Heather for the workouts! I'm also proud to say I'm only 5 pounds from my goal weight! I lost a total of 42 pounds since i been watching Heather back in July 2019...feeling super pumped!❤❤💪💪💪

Week 11 in the books, so close to finishing it, can’t believe it! So proud this week also because I started a job and had to get up extra early to get my workouts in and it’s done, it’s 8 am and I can enjoy my weekend with the grandkids!

I did this one and the previous one in one go because I missed a day ; my daughter not sleeping at night. Felt so good I may consider joining two exercises in the future. Thank you so much Heather. I still can't believe I have my pré-pregnancy body back and I am so existed to discover what my body will look like when I continue exercising with you.

Yeeey!Bring on week 12.This week its been hard to get myself mentally prepared for the workouts but each time I just focus on starting and halfway through I am always like, "Its not that bad.What was I dreading for?"
