You are amazing. What is this called? I mean, what did you go to school for or what would be the area of study I would say your expertise is in? Like, why don’t doctors also have to know all the different things that our body can do and how, like you do, along side what they learn as medical doctors? This whole channel is just full of exactly what I’m sure so many people need this kind of help for so many things but since we don’t work out like these people clearly do we wouldn’t think to go to someone like this or even know where to find that kind of help, seriously

Can you use hip abductor machines at the gym to work on the piriformis muscle?

I read somewhere that using the hip abductor machine can lead to excessive piriformis hypertrophy which could later lead to issues with the sciatic nerve. Sounds questionable to me, but I don't have enough knowledge to disprove it and it's kind of scaring me away from using the machine lol. I was wondering if this statement has any truth to it
