Hey Gina, I admit I thought it was pineapple upside down cake 😂and I realized nope it’s apple upside down cake. I never had this type of cake, nor heard of it. Question Gina, can you use any type of apple 🍎 or it must be the green apple 🍏? But I know that apple upside down cake will taste delicious. When I make this cake, I’m going to be saying oooh Gina 😊 and make sure I have ice cream on the side. Amen on the cake.
