How to Make The Best Pancakes | Easy Fluffy Pancakes Recipe 🥞

You’ll need

2 eggs
2 tbsp granulated sugar
200 ml milk
1 + ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla powder

To cook;
Oil

1 cup = 240 ml

Here’s how

1- Whisk together 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
2- Add 200 ml of milk, 1 + ¼ cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder and 2 tsp vanilla powder. Beat until you have a smooth batter.
3- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
4- Gently pour about 1 tbsp of batter onto the hot pan.
5- Wait until the bubbles form on the surface and once they start popping, flip the pancake over and cook until both sides are golden.
6- Repeat until all the batter is used up.
7- Once both sides are golden, transfer to a serving plate!

Best pancake recipe on YouTube! They were delicious! The pancakes came out fluffy without whisking the eggs for hours. I added a teaspoon of baking soda too and instead of two tablespoon sugar, I added 6 since it seemed two bland for so much milk and flour. Apart from the taste, they also looked good. I will definitely be making these again!

I didn’t have vanilla powder so if you do not have it use 2 and a half tsp of VANILLA ESSENCE - it’s more common for someone to have vanilla essence, so I hoped this helped!

I recommend adding 3 tbsp of sugar (if you prefer your pancakes to be slightly sweeter like I prefer to be) and to add 3 tsp of baking powder (2 tsp wasn't enough in my experience)

I tried this recipe with slight changes, and it turned out exactly like yours ! Fluffy and creamy.

Try 3-4 tspn of baking powder, instead of 2.
Add 4 tbspn sugar instead of 2.
My pancakes were super fluffy.

I made this today, and not gonna lie they really are fluffy and a bit bland tho, so I suggest you add more sugar to your liking. So far this is the best and fluffiest pancake recipe I have ever tried! ❤❤ You can use butter instead of oil while cooking 👍
