I know Julia is undisputedly beautiful but God...everything about Richard Gere was perfect! Watched this movie a million times because you f him. His walk, voice, stare, smile...the way he paced his words! He was and still is the most handsome man I have ever seen

My parents showed me this film a month ago and I fell in love with it. I wish I could show this film and all of the other eighties films that I love to my friends but they always say no as “the eighties is too old for them”. I love the eighties, their music, their style, their films. It’s such a shame that it isn’t appreciated more in my generation. But all of these amazing films will always live in my heart.

I enjoy how Fireball David gets increasingly frustrated by Vivian's apparent lack of decorum when he is enduring Edward's slick business muscle while old man Morse is totally distracted by her.

I know Edward is a little detached and fancy. But he's supposed to be sensible. Why on earth would you order snails for a first time/off the street woman? A steak would've been classy and yet more edible for her! Lol
