Fun Fact: Julia Eoberts was out partying with crew members and friends the night before filming the necklace box scene and she was hungover and having a crappy day so Richard Gere closed the box on her hand off script to make her laugh so that is her real reaction and the director felt like it related to the characters so well so they kept that scene in the final cut of the film :)
