Incredibly disappointing how car companies just don’t get back to basics and make reliable affordable vehicles. Nobody wants to pay for subscriptions. There’s nothing in the name anymore with car brands. I personally am a patriot who prefers American cars. Americans brands used to be better quality and brand loyalty matched it. I wish our American brand automakers would stop with all this crap and get back to building their brand off a good reputation and not just a quick cash grab. I believe in free market, but I also believe in companies establishing positive relationships with their customers to keep them coming back to buy their products. Make the American auto industry great again! 🇺🇸

I stopped buying Microsoft Office products when they switched to a subscription-based product. I would never in a million years buy a vehicle that came with "subscriptions". Screw you.

When will these companies, not just car companies learn that people don’t want to be haggled for crap they don’t need just so they can spend money they don’t have.

I regret buying my BMW in 2018. The turbo coolant lines were badly designed and leaking coolant. Instead of admitting their mistake and issuing a recall, they just quietly discontinued the old parts and made customers purchase the new parts costing me over four grand to repair!

In a couple years you won't be able to receive TV on your antenna. They are moving from ATSC1.0 standard to ATSC 3.0. Then they will scramble the signal you will have to pay a subscription to get it. No more TV for me after that.

I just bought a used Lexus ES and its a great reliable car. But they offer 4 separate subscriptions for various things for $8 per month for each one. What a joke. I haven't found a need for any of them yet.

My truck has a bunch of features. I remember they mentioned Sirius radio and navigation, but I couldn't care less as long as my phone syncs up.
