I live in Japan and enjoy a lot of crafting, and I use a lot of drills.
When you see this, you don't have to buy a new drill blade anymore.

Don't use the side of the wheel to grind drills, use the wheel diameter instead as you're pushing against the layers the the wheel is made up of. Using the side of the wheel causes it to more than likely break up as there's no solid resistance.

Great thanks for the angle, but i don't have that equipment at site. Soo I'm just using grinder.

The danger of using the side surface of a grinder wheel is that it will eventually cause a catastrophic failure. The wheel spins at very high speed, and if you're standing in front of the grinder when centrifugal force tears it apart, there will be high speed stone shrapnel coming straight at you... much faster than you can dodge.

Looks a lot easier than it actually is.
It takes certain amount of skill and practice to do it correct.
I had shop foreman that could take a broke bit and sharpen it down to where it was perfect drill
I finally gave up and bought a bit sharpener that made it easy to use. Shop bought a W.A Whtney Beamline punch system that had punch station for one beam flange and drill station for the opposite flange for a one pass for punching and drill station for flanges plus a punch for the webs.
Went thru a lot of drill bits using the system.

Con 60 grados es suficiente?
También recordé que debemos enfriar la broca.

I love watching ancient technology "how to" videos! I sometimes wish the ion/plasma variable perforator hadn't been invented 25, 000 years ago...

What good it this if it doesn't tell you what height the angled block is set at. I cut the block as shown. 5cm x 8cm and made the grove but then what height to I rise the block to the wheel?

Two different angles for sm. and lg. drill bits. Technic is close but incorrect. Drill must be rolled up after angle (cutting edge) is obtained/ground. You're not cutting much until then. Sm drills are very difficult. Easier to practice on the big ones . Good luck
