Stand holding a pair of dumbbells just outside your shoulders, your arms bent, and your palms facing each other. Press the weights directly over your shoulders until your arms are straight. Slowly lower the dumbbells to the starting position.

Did this at a party with their weights and cracked a tile in the kitchen people cheered one person didn't... long story short I left the party early.

Does the change in positions of the dumbbells change the targeted muscles? Or are they equivalent?

Barbell is better. I hate the dumbbells because they are so flumsy and awkward
