I hope this Doom shows up in the MCU and is introduced via the Darkhold that was created by Kang along with Doom being the creator of the Cabal and has Man Thing within this lineup along with Namor. This will be introduced in Dr Strange 3 where he tries to stop the incursion but can't since he helps Doom defeat Mephisto and the 616 universe has an incursion with the universe. This will make Dr Srange create the Midnight Sons

it seems that someone didn't read the Unthinkable story arc of the Fantastic Four, where the Dr. Doom's armor made of Valeria's skin is introduced and that was 616 Dr. Doom in 2003

I think he (this version of Doom) actually first appeared in the current run of Avengers ( I want to say issues 30’s- 40’s) along with the various of other villains; this series is a spinoff of that story arc I believe. Still in my backlog of issues. So I’ve only read the first issue of this series.
