When I got back into comics a little while ago, I picked up Infamous Iron Man. I really enjoyed it, watching Doom try to be a hero when Tony Stark was gone was an interesting story.

another element of Doom that's rather cool is he's one of the few characters in the comics who routinely packs heat. He carries a 9mm Mauser in a holster for "jobs" too minimal to requires his armor or his magic.
