Always brilliant stuff I love the switch up from casual to focused when the recipe comes through. I’m a chef too and I cook the same way you do I mean experience allows me the freeness of not having to weigh everything, but for the average consumer I’m not sure it’s the best approach maybe you could be more specific with timings and weights. Either way I really am enjoying the content you’re putting out chef keep smashing🙏🏽🤙🏽

Really nice Chef, like it. 20 minutes feels too short though, I would go for more like 40 for a more slow cooked vibe.
