Funny how the 10 year outlook and position value is pretty close for all 5 with very different yields and growth prospects. Those 5 are all solid choices! I’m holding a decent amount of Vici and agree, the rest have shot up a bit too much for my entry liking though they are all on my watch list! Thanks for the video!
I’m hesitant to invest at these prices since I had the luck and benefit of investing last year, most had a pretty good run up prior to interest rate reduction.

Alreits gives ADC, O, PLD, and FR a 100/100. VICI gets a 92 due to years since IPO and EQIX gets a 93 due to debt.

Hey Mark, I miss a residential REIT in your list. You mention two industrial REITS, two triple net lease REITS and a data center REIT. But for me residential REITS are missing, because I think they are really resistent agains crisis or economic drawdowns. People have to live somewhere. Greetings from Germany!

Do you let monthly dividend investment roll in and increase the shares each month? I did this once and went upside down fast. Just never understood the monthly roll. Can you explain what to do with these stocks please?

I prefer VNQ at this point, even though I am holding many REIT individual stocks too. Too many of my imdividual REIT holdings have taken a beating

Thanks, Mark, for your "bull" case presentation on these five REITs. All good investment candidates. I own ADC, PLD and VICI. While EQIX and FR are also really good REITs with good dividend growth, their dividend yields are below my minimum dividend yield requirements. Good stuff!

thx for picking up this accurate topic Mark, my best performing reits in terms of 6months share price growth are DLR and VNR with +28% each and ONL +22% but i'm also in EQIX and PRLD for which i see good potential as well; as a high dividend opportunity i would see also some shipping stocks such as HOEGF and BWLP with 28 and 24% dividend yield - what do you think?

great selection, I'm in the first 4 as well as Broadstone and Orion office, which have developed best for me so far, will have a look at First Industrial (as alternative to Rexford) on Monday
