Ashley, if you are reading this, I have a question. You mention on a different video to look for yields between 4% and believe 17%. What if there’s a REIT that pays a higher yield? Is it good to buy it? I did have an experience with one that paid over 30%. It was going well until they did a 1:5 reverse stock split. I moved my shares to another REIT that pays close to 30% and also pays monthly. Should I go with a lower yield stock that may be more stable?

Just remember that they are not qualified, so will be taxed as regular income.
