I contacted the customer support regarding this issue, but none responded to my complaints.. nor any email to help me. While I'm still not sure why this issue seems to happen to many players, I sure wish it wouldn't have been needed for the players to solve the issue themselves. Thanks for this video, it really worked compared to the other videos I searched for.
