❤ Does yogurt have vitamin K, if so what type? Is the type that removes calcium deposits or is that K2? Thx

My dr diagnosis was hipotyroid, took meds levotirixine, after a yr I felt dizzy every day, my readings were zero, so I realize that was my liver. Dr would never tell you is your liver. All diseases come from there, even depression. Liver has over 500 functions, just think about it. Say good bye to dr as I did. Eat 2pounds of raw veggies every day, lot of protein, low carbs. Stop sugar n gluten (rise, oats, pasta, bread wheat in grl)
