Seriously a great video. I'm proud to say Iv been doing really good by cutting out the acidic foods that you mentioned in this video. Iv been working out 4-5 times a week and meal prepping, Chicken, veggies, fruits, substituting milk for almond milk and drinking a lot of water!!! I literally been doing what you say Brett and I can say I'm down 10 pounds and counting! Thank you for all your helpful and encouraging videos👍🏽😃

this is way beyond fitness they should teach this kinda stuff in school to kids most ppl have no idea about this and when you tell them they look at you like you have 8 heads lol

I Am Needing to Express How Amazing Your Knowledge Is. Your potential on neutrition is at a great start. The reason I chose to on, y follow you on neutrition & excersise is because you are on point👍👏. This year I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia & candida abut I also have a haiatal hernia that causes acid reflux problems. Some of the things you have been talking about these past 3 videos is ON POINT with everything my Mlis Neutritionist has prescribed for me. Aside from my detox, cleanses & balancing.
Perhap you can talk about distilled water and it's benefits? When your system is full of toxins 😊To Keep You Learning. I also have to drink either lemon juice or ACV on an empty stomach with a glass of water every morning to help balance my pH😜 And it helps with my acid reflux👍.

I've reduce my intake of acidic foods by a estimation of 92%, I just consume alkaline based foods I feel splendid and full of energy.

Hi Brett! Your videos are always so interesting! I eat every day about 80% of alkaline foods and the rest 20% acidic foods! It's very important to maintain my physical and psychological wellbeing! Sorry for my English i follow you and Carly from Italy! You are an examples for me!!
