1000 Rep Ab Challenge | Six Pack Workout

Hello everyone!

Another challenge! 🤩

This workout is focused on the rectus abdominis, commonly thought of as the ‘six pack’ that so many would like.

These exercises, combined with core workouts and reduction in body fat percentage all allow for the abs to be visible.

All of the ab exercises are performed on the mat. I have selected the following exercises so to minimise chances of any lower back aggravation. Just work through at your own pace. You will notice on the double leg toe taps I rest after every set of 10 to minimise stress increasing which could reach your lower back.

Table top crunch
Bottom half bicycles
Double leg toe taps
Butterfly crunch
Russian twists

Simply work thorough 50 reps per exercises and repeat for 4 sets in total!

I really enjoyed this whole workout and felt great after it!

Thank you for a great ab workout again CG! If you can please, at least insert a beep sound once 50 reps is done so that we know to switch to another exercise. That would be much appreciated!!

I did it!!! I did 1000 reps of this challenge!!! I can't remember the last time I felt my abs this sore... I've never been so happy to feel pain. I wanted to give up at 900 but I just told myself that I'm so close to the end and I just have to push through!! Awesome workout Caroline

Thank you so much for this workout, Caroline. I don't usually comment on such workout videos until I feel any difference and as you can already assume, I did! It was amazing! My abs are sore and I could feel it. I completed it, 1000 reps! You can do it too! Keep trying and don't give up! :)

I did this as a challenge in December: 20000 abs in 20 days. Well, my abs hurt a lot but it's certainly more defined.

OMG! I thought to quit after the first set, but finally did it too the very end! WOW! You are so strong, Caroline! I'm SO happy, I found you! You make me happy every day. Like i already commented before I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS! And this is honestly one of my favourites. My abs are burning 🔥 so glad you are on YouTube.
Also I noticed yo don’t monetize your videos but I think you should! Honestly you deserved it. I would gladly watch commercials if you get reward it. For real I have never been in better shape! All thanks to youuuu
