Can you keep up? Follow along with me and lets crush this 1000 rep ab challenge together! Speed + good form is the goal. Try to complete this ab workout with little to no rest between exercises. Follow the prompts on the screen for the next exercises.
There are 25 exercises total. You'll complete 4 exercises at 25 reps each followed by 100 mountain climbers before going on to the next set of exercises.
Your core will feel this one! Follow along with me and do as many reps as you can, then come back and try to beat the number of reps and/or your time to complete this ab challenge.
