I did all of 1000 reps, gosh that’s a real burn workout 😮‍💨😮‍💨. Gonna include this for weekend challenge for 4 weeks and keep all of you posted on the results. Thank you maddie for such great workouts! 💕

i usually don’t comment much but this workout absolutely drained me and surprised me. i honestly was about to quit after 800 but i pushed my self to keep on going because you never know what you are capable of if you are motivated enough. definitely take your time while following this but don’t let that little voice inside your head control

I'm 88 and didnt even break a sweat!....just kidding. Mid 20s and I'm dremched in sweat. Great and fun workout. Did this in my garage during these lovely summer months. Well worth it.

Just finished this!! Had to modify almost all the burpees, some lunges and take a few seconds more of resting in some exercises, but I'm so proud of myself because 6 months ago I was super inactive and couldn't do 10 squats without heavy breathing and sweating. Yay me! Tysm for your videos Maddie

Love this! I'm 68 and crushed it! I belong to a peer led women's exercise group and I'm going to do this next time it's my turn to lead. Thank you for the motivation

i just clicked on it because it intrigued me with the intention to check the format and move it to my playlist to do another time. but i actually ended up doing it and phew idek how i survived that but it was fun! i like how you provide alternative moves too, very helpful! i would love to see more challenges like this!

I could only do 650. At Madfits pace. Only modified the last set of burpee and the last 3 sets of leg ups. This is so challenging. How are most of y'all being able to complete this in full on first attempt?? Crazy.

I am in my 70s but I follow this workout regularly… great workout with little modifications..
Burpees, pushups 25 count and added Russian twists 25. Feeling great.
