Growing Shiitake Mushrooms. My first harvest!

Here's a simple Chilli Shiitake Mushroom Biltong recipe in metric measurements:

### Ingredients:
- 500g shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 50g soy sauce
- 30g Worcestershire sauce
- 20g apple cider vinegar
- 10g chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 5g smoked paprika
- 5g garlic powder
- 5g black pepper
- 5g salt
- 10g brown sugar (optional, for sweetness)

### Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and brown sugar (if using) to create the marinade.
2. Place the sliced shiitake mushrooms in a large ziplock bag or a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all mushrooms are coated evenly.
3. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, allowing the mushrooms to absorb the flavors.
4. Preheat your oven to the lowest setting or use a food dehydrator.
5. Arrange the marinated mushrooms on a baking sheet or dehydrator trays, ensuring they are not too crowded.
6. Dry the mushrooms for 6-8 hours or until they reach your desired level of dryness.
7. Once dried, let the mushroom biltong cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.

Peace gods and goddesses can someone tell me what’s the first thing I need to grow my own shitaki, Iv recently been eating them daily and feel amazing alongside lions mane has really effected my mental well beeing positively and as I’m detoxing or opiates in a few weeks I need as much natural superfoods as possible I’m gonna breeexw thru this withdrawal now my diet is on point

How long did it take from inoculating the fruiting block to flush? I've been reading it can take up to 9-12 months if growing on logs, but curious if it's a shorter time using one of these grow blocks. Thanks!
