A couple of years ago, Dr. Gundry posted a video on the 3 Healthiest Vegetables—and you guys LOVED it! So, we thought it was time for part 2, where Dr. Gundry reveals MORE incredible vegetables you should be eating every chance you get. Trust me, your health (and taste buds) will thank you!

What do you think about the vegetables mentioned in this video? Let us know if the comments and don't forget to share this video with your friends and family!

In this video, I’m diving deep into why bitter is better when it comes to veggies. It’s not just about polyphenol content—it’s about getting a variety of different polyphenols to help your body thrive. Remember, when I say eat the rainbow, I’m not talking about candy—I mean load up on a colorful assortment of veggies for the best health benefits.

I’ll also share why cruciferous vegetables are absolute powerhouses when it comes to boosting your immune system and supercharging your mitochondria (your body’s energy generators). These veggies are packed with sulfur compounds that improve mitochondrial health and help create postbiotic signaling molecules, which are essential for overall wellness.

And we can’t forget about the root vegetables—like tubers, jicama, radishes, onions, and fennel bulbs. These are packed with prebiotic fiber to support a healthy gut and keep your digestion in check.

PLUS, I’ll show you the best ways to prepare these veggies to maximize their benefits for your body.

I have read many books, I listened to many Youtube videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to “the hidden herbs” by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.

Why doesn't anyone mention turnip greens and collards? They're some of my favorite cruciferous veggies.

Thank you for this Dr. Gundry and thank you for changing my life.
I eat Brocoli and Cauliflower every other day, however every time I eat this, I sense that I am more gassy than other meals. Can you please explain me what I can do to reduce it?

RARELY does a doctor ask, "What are you eating?" When they do and you try to tell them, they cut you off and I had one say to me that they didn't see anything unusual about what I was eating. I was complaining of GI issues and told him I notice that these problems happen when I eat certain foods. When I tried to explain what I was eating (processed food, sweets, etc) he cut me off. I never saw him again and changed up my eating habits.

Never knew you could eat beets raw. Doesn't sound appetizing, but will try it.
