Bruce Lee used more strength and super fast action to hit any opponent to subdue them!!! So lots of exercises he did to increase muscles strength, stamina and speed!!! That really shows in his punches and body movements.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.

He also used Dynamic Tension. It's like lifting weights with no weights. Your muscles flex while you move. Tiger training..it's what makes a tiger so strong and ripped

It's the same as isometrics, except the chain length needs to be adjusted to hit all ROM... I prefer dumbbells.

I do something similar with sticks and pvc pipes when I am not able to use weights. When you squeeze really hard while moving the stick around really slow and then really fast it does the same thing that overcoming isometrics does. You can also do it by simply clenching you hands into fists and squeezing really hard, keeping the muscles contracted while you move your arms through the air and it will do this. I've done this before as well.
