After getting the USB back into the ps3 and trying to download the patch via HTTP, it gets stuck on the window with "initializing download operations" and does not load the patch. My OFW is still at 4.90 but the new CFW is 4.91. Do I need to update my console to OFW 4.91 in order for the patch to be downloaded correctly?
