When I say you've got to try these butter smash burgers, I'm not kidding! These Smashed Butter Burgers are really easy to make with a few basic ingredients, and they cook up just like regular smash burgers on the griddle.

We started by roasting a head of garlic to add to a compound butter with some Worcestershire sauce. Freeze the butter so that you can grate it into the beef. Then, the process for these butter burgers on the griddle is exactly like regular fried onion burgers.

Pro tip: if you’re roasting a head of garlic you might as well roast a second head. You can use the spare to spread on toast, mix into a chip dip, peel and eat whole… nobody’s judging here!

I am going to make that this week.
I have a raise beef in freezer and the hamburger is so lean. This recipe would so moisten the burgers.
