Collagen protein has more than a dozen Amino Acids including (uniquely) hydroxyproline and is a GREAT way to load up on AAs once the fast is over.

Fasting and Eating are all about homeostasis, negative feedback, maintaining a balance between growth and repair. I fast for two days everyweek ontop of my daily 18 hour fast which seems to work great. Starting a five day fast on friday which I do quarterly. I have done this for many years but haven't been able to heal a chronic disease that I have had for 12 years. I've never been diagnosed but fasting seems to help. Thanks!

I really like Kion Aminos which produces almost zero ammonia when digested. Very easy on the body. I take them before I work out and after I complete a fast. It has eight essential amino acids and lots of leucine for muscle building. Thanks for your content.

I am 33, being in dry OMAD for the past 3 months, with semen retention

day by day the colouration of urine gets yellower even after consuming 1litre+ of water, ... Although I could experience the benefits of fasting, sometimes I fear that there could be something going on off the track.

Dr.Eric Berg says to take Nutritional Yeast & supplements while Prolonged Fasting. I'm doing several days. ( The longest I've done is 21 days 15hrs.) I have really bad OsteoArthritis awaiting double hip replacement. Knees hurting too now, long wait! Trying to stay slim& healthy
