How do I copy a table and text into a new table please? I am currently copy and pasting each cell there must be an easier way.

Thank you sir... But I have a problem... I want copy a file that contains texts and images but the text should be in the same format as the courrent file... What should I do then sir?

Thanks for the great video. I have a question though. I want to extract some information from an MS Word document. This information is numbered lines (sentences). When I copy and paste it, I do not want them to lose the number in front of them. The exact numbers they had in the original place. Does anyone know how to do it, please? For example, if I copy the second and fifth lines and paste them, I want the numbers 2 and 5 not to change. (PS. This is a huge document I do not want to change them manually)

I would use this trick all the time, but the format icon has since disappeared. How do i bring it back?
