Weekends are tough for me. My family (meaning parents) and friends (which I only text snd talk to sparingly) live 3-4 hours away. It’s tough when I’m not at work on the weekends and get this feeling like I should be with others and instead I’m wasting my days away. It creates anxiety when I can’t even have anyone to have a simple conversation with.

I am always alone . No parents, sister lives 2 states away and no meaningful relationships within my community. My mother passed last year and this Sunday will be 1 year and I still miss her everyday. I feel my sorrow and depression are getting worse and worse.

If u suffering this, be healthy as u can. Dont ever try drugs or smoke. It'll make everything even worse, if u already on it. Quit. It take times until u feel good. Fill ur paper with exercise learn and work etc. I experiencing extreme fking anxiety and loneliness from smoke. First 3 to 4 weeks its like hell for me. If u feel that too go outside practice mindfulness chill, watch movies. But exercise first get back ur breath. U'll be fine and no one wicked or bewitch u. All good. And what the worst for me is withdrawal of that shit niccotine🗿
