it didn't help....there's no such magnifying glass appearing and the two finger rotation trick won't work. And my iOS is 16

To you guys having problems, you have to make sure that you high light the video you want to rotate on the timeline and make sure the magnifying glass is not zoomed in.

I can’t rotate it by using 2 fingers. It used to work but doesn’t anymore for some reason. I am using IOS 17
