Coming from a 30 year Retail Manager, Retail it's a game of Thrones. King makers are all over the place, keep yourself close to those up and comers and become a King yourself. Take all your crew and move them up, some day one of your crew will come for the Throne. The key in Retail is, Move up quick no matter who you have to step on, get that money.
