6. Ask good questions … if we were to come to an arrangement where you offered me the position how do you see me fitting in around here and what could I expect over the next 6 months?

When I started job search 3 months ago, I did have some interviews, but none of them extended to me an offer. Then I though I should learn interview skills from others and found 3 popular people including Don teaching interviews in YouTube. By trying all of them, I decided to just follow Don’s strategies since Don teaches people by thinking from interviewers’ perspective and it means that you should answer questions based on what interviewer exactly looks for and wants to hear, instead of you though you have so called “good answers”.
