Okay so this man is amazing!!! I went in for a general manager position. I didn't have any restaurant experience however!! They loved how I responded and how I was able to carry myself through the interview! Now they are making a new position for a senior assistant manager to train me to become a general manager! Just watching his videos I was more prepared for an interview… and felt more confident.. I wasn’t asked any of these questions, but I studied his speaking and how calm he was, and my last interview was superb.
