Do you know any coaches that uses vertical integration periodization? You're the only one I saw using this and I completely agree with this method. Most of the strength and conditioning coach I know uses the traditional block periodization. Great content indeed 👏👏👏

Good video! Very informative. Question: Is the speed training considered conditioning or is all the conditioning done within the skills practice? Or perhaps is the conditioning done separate (before or after the individual days)? I'm curious to know.
