I moved from Evernote to Apple Notes last year. The two features it had that I’ve wanted and written to Apple’s Notes team asking for were highlighting text different colors and a true web clipper. One down, one to go!

That iCloud feature to keep a file offline is great - I use that with other cloud providers already so great to have it for iPad too.

Does that work with entire folders I wonder?

The new navigation bar looks nice would really to have this every on every device! (I think)

It‘s a good idea to let us customize them and I can even see this ported to iPhone but maybe on the bottom of the screen 🤔
A new nav bar for iPhone looks neat in my head but idk if it‘s really practical if real cuz we would have the dynamic island pill on top, then at the bottom of an app, a disappearing pill being the new nav bar and underneath that the bar to go back to the homescreen, maybe it‘s too much 😅

I had one of those as a kid (I’m a lot older than you, and it takes me back!!)

That thing taught me how to take the ball to the hole as a small kid & I did all the way thru college, even though I was only 6’1/2”. If I couldn’t shoot outside, I was going to the rim!

Great vid! So with the offline iCloud files, it looks like you can also set entire folders to be saved offline. In that case, will the iPad update files in the background automatically when you have WiFi access or do you have to manually go in and force it to download?

Hey ! Can you tell us if there is a split keyboard option for the virtual keyboard ? there have been a lot of complain online about the choice from apple to remove this feature that was available in the past . I wonder if they took into account the feedbacks and brought back this split mode . Thanks in advance for your answer .

Very disappointed in iPadOS 18… definitely not worth upgrading to the M4 IPad Pro

As an iPad expert, maybe you can help me. I’m trying to use a Bluetooth mouse with my iPad and enable the zoom function with the scroll wheel in apps like Pages and Numbers. I followed the steps in Settings > Accessibility > Zoom > Keyboard Shortcuts, but it’s not working. Any tips?

The new tab bar is at least in Apple TV and App Store in beta 1 for me.
