Absolutely love your advice, been following you for over a year and my diet is finally starting to come together. It really is about adding one small thing (that you like) at a time. If you don’t like what you’re doing or eating even a little bit, you’re going to burn out. Slow and steady

I just wanna say thanks because I really really like the simplicity and straight forward approach to your vids. The "how I became asthetic" video was one of the main motivators for me to finally go to the gym. I'm now at about 5-6 months of going to the gym, and while I don't always hit my goal of 3-4 times a week I still stay at it and have fun, so I'm looking forward to go again. And I finally hit the point where people start noticing it too and I really enjoy that. Thanks!
