Hello I have a choice between Rtx 3090ti 24gb and Rtx 4070ti 12gb for gaming and video editing in Premier Pro and Davinci Resolve, which 1 should I get? I'm getting them both for the same price.

Hello, for a pc that is used only for content creation in premiere pro, with a budget of 1000 euro, is it worth to get the 3060 12 GB with 13600K or should I extend the budget for 4070 (in terms of price to performance ratio, is it worth it?)
As well what PSU wattage would u recommend
Thank you very very much if you respond as I am not that experienced in content creation but I want to learn more about the hardware that it involves

The Radeon 7000 series has AV1 encode/decode capability and some have found that it produces a better result than Nvidia. I've seen other comparisons where AMD wiped the floor with Nvidia in Fusion but it's weaker in 8k and draws a lot of power. Living here where energy prices are high, it's worth it for me to factor that into the total cost of ownership. AMD can be very easily undervolted though and that brings the power consumption more in line with its Nvidia peers. Content creation in Davinci Resolve is more important to me than gaming so I would most likely choose AMD every time.

This is the video I’ve been looking for! Unfortunately for whatever reason in all my searches I never came by this video.

Only when I decided to scroll through your YT channel I accidentally came across this.

You’ve answered all my questions! Now I just need to decide whether to spend the extra £200 on RGB (which is still £100 under the price of the 4080 super cards) 😅

I’m fine with the content creation side of your review, however my only question… is in terms of gaming…

Will a 4070 Ti Super hold out for the next 5 years playing Triple A games at 1440p? (This is my intended setup and dont plan on upgrading again for at least (5 yrs). P.s I dont care about RT.

This is my first fresh PC build since 9 years ago, and last item to purchase is the GPU ☺️

Your response will be appreciated! Thanks!
