In india, RTX3060 12GB graphic card is just 25k rupees that's like same In your region and like free shipping all the way. In india there is no proper used market. We have to only buy a brand new one. If you are lucky, there is a chance of finding some good things in secondhand market. And also there are not a very lot options. Mostly if I want a specific RTX3080. there are no tens of options. Just like 1 or 2. If you want a white or a specific one, it take lots of time.
