what i love about this series is that it paints neither Daniel nor Johnny as a bad guy, unlike the first movie. Here, they both have difficult situations to deal with, they're both troubled (maybe Johnny wins in this aspect) and they both want to succeed in their own way

Those who are wondering why Daniel's kick was terrible, it was supposed to be as rusty and restrained as Johnny's first kick in episode 1.

I noticed this kick is VERY similar to the spin kick Johnny crushes him with in the fight right before Miyagi appears to destroy Johnny and his gang after the Halloween party.

this was the closest we got to see daniel fighting in the entire series. I know it's Johnny's show now, but we need to see at least one Daniel san fight scene.
