I think that Netflix’s cobra Kai is awesome and can’t wait for the final season. Daniel and Johnny have taken on some common enemies together, but I’m sure that it still burns inside Johnny’s mind the way he suffered the defeat at the hands of Daniel 40 years prior. The rivalry between the two is still very much alive and hopefully we will find out once and for all who is the best.

Daniel would still go to Okinawa and face Chozen in a fight to the death. And he would learn from Mr Miyagi that you don't need a trophy to be great at Karate.

When they return Daniel still opens a Bonsai store and then he notices more Cobra Kai locations.

Kresse has corrupted even more kids minds along with Silver and Daniel could tell Mr Miyagi we need to stop this by asking Johnny Lawrence for a rematch but Mr Miyagi disagrees.

All the events of Karate Kid 3 still happen but it's Johnny instead of Mike Barnes it's Daniel and Johnny and they have an epic rematch and Johnnys life still takes the crazy down spiral.

No johnny's life would've still gone in a downward spiral. With kreese still around johnny would never be able to let go of the cobra kai nonsense. That crane kick was a blessing in disguise. It just took johhny decades to realize it.
