In the eyes of governments everywhere, marriage is a CONTRACT. A fundamental common sense rule for life is this : “NEVER ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH SOMEONE WHO BENEFITS BY BREAKING THAT CONTRACT”. This is the fundamental reason why marriage is a very bad idea for men nowadays. Stay safe brothers!

Being a female and a sister of a cousin who suffered same trauma, I am appalled to see this moral decay in females.. Remember this b4 choosing/ marrying a girl:
1. Check the behavious of her mother
2. Check her spending habits
3. Check her ability to listen and compromise
4 Dont go on face value alone
5.if she is simpleton and honest then marry
6 Remember you are marrying for a lifelong partner not a model to flaunt .
7 Remember bad girl will be bad wife and eventually bad mother.

Get married with sensible down to earth partner . In long term peace and prosperity matters not the money and looks.

Aren't alimony & dowry, two sides of the same coin? If good & educated men can stand strongly against dowry system, why can't good & educated women reciprocate by standing strongly against unfair alimony laws??

Court hearings need to be made public, these Milaards need to be made accountable. They need to be seen by their neighbours, friends and family in their true nature and hated for it if necessary. Judicial reforms are must!

This is very common ploy by judges. Husbands are COERCED into paying money to wife and motive is to record it as a CONSENT ORDER for reasons stated by you as it all favours wife & legally ties up hands of husbands to seek legal remedy against such order.

Why are the judges not accountable for their misdeeds? Why do they possess such immunity? Just hearing these cases brings chills to any married man.

Its so funny that during an argument in supreme court when Mr Kapil sibal was arguing that these divorce petition should be dealt in lesser time as people loose their prime age,
Supreme court judges were trying to be so innocently saying that why people are moving to live in open marriages not having family.
Its like butcher saying I cannot understand why lamb looks scared.

In my Family Court Matter, once the judge threatened me that she will reject my divorce petition. I stood by my argument and asked her to mention the grounds on which it is being rejected, further reminded that judge cannot threaten and do such biasness in court.

My petition was not rejected.

These things should be taught in schools and colleges regardless the subjects you have taken. Good job, Amish.

Even if a lawyer is sooo frustrated with the proceedings, just imagine what is the state of common man ?
