WHY MEN DON’T LEAVE WHEN THEY’RE UNHAPPY

Why don’t men leave when they’re unhappy? Here’s my theory.

Most emotionally abusive men will not leave because they haven't found a replacement who will tolerate their mistreatment.

They still want the "benefits" they receive by being with you too

They also stay when they're unhappy because the women are still giving them all the same benefits of being in a relationship that they DO enjoy - seggs, food, shelter, comfort, social status, "appearances", etc. It especially goes against "male code" to leave any situation that still offers the basics (physical), no matter how unhappy.

Facts! They want to make themselves appear to be a victim when they are not!

They don’t leave because they want to continue to receive the benefits of being with the woman that they are with.

Silent divorce - this is why women usually initiate divorce - women file but the man checked out years ago

Because they a using the woman. She has everything and is doing everything and he is sitting back not doing much.

They’re not going to willingly put themselves in a potentially sexless position! They’ll wait until they have “setup shop”, somewhere else first! Hence the men that will tell a new woman, they don’t want to rush them! All the while sleeping with the woman he’s about to let go! So those so-called rough patches or he needs some alone time, is part of the act.

I don’t think it has anything to do with emotions and everything to do with resources. No one is staying in anything if they can afford to leave. IMO

Plus, if you are still having sex with them, thry'd stay because it is so hard for them to get sex and a relationship compared to us women.

You are right 100%, they like to look the victim and don't have someone else lined up who will tolerate more of their bullshit, to replace you with.

My ex-husband did this. I filed for divorce because he said his lawyer told him it wouldn't be beneficial to do so.
So I filed and he got mad.
