If you are getting the Application Has Been Blocked From Accessing Graphics Hardware while playing some games like Minecraf, Overwatch, etc. This error is related to your graphics driver. I would recommend installing an older / newer version.
Step 1. Download updated display drivers (of same architecture).
Step 2. Open Device Manager.
Step 3. Find Display Adapter and right click your display driver, click Update Driver Software option.
Step 4. Click Browse my computer for driver software option.
Step 5. Click Let me pick for a list of device drivers on my computer.
Step 6. Select Have disk button on next screen.
Step 7. When Install from Disk window appears, you click Browse and go to where you unzipped folder.
Step 9. Now you just click Yes to start installing driver.

I've had this issue since I bought the pc, there's crashing pixels and that error so as crashing all the time I have the amd Radeon 7 200 series I updated to the latest one and it got worse, please help me

If you have tried everything and nothing worked (like i did) there is most likely a different problem. When playing graphical heavy games your graphics card is asking for more power. At some point it is possible that the peak is higher then your power supply can deliver. Thats when this error occurs to prevent your system from shutting down.
THIS CAN ALSO HAPPEN WHEN YOU HAVE ENOUGH WATT ON YOUR POWER SUPPLY!!!

I had an 800 watt power supply but it could not deliver the power to my graphical card. CHECK THE CERTIFICATE and upgrade to a power supply with enough watt and a GOLD certificate.
